Though they were celebrities, we fondly call them as Gopu mama and Kamala Mami. Gopu mama was cherished Director and a wonderful Script writer and Kamala mami was a great novelist.
Gopu Mama says “My first acquaintance with Raja (refers to MD of Vishnoo Builders Mr. Sarangarajan) happened when my Elder son Srikanth purchased a flat from him in the 90s. Within a year, my wife asked me about selling our independent house in Triplicane and purchasing flats for my sons. I sold that property and purchased flats in Adyar, for sons in the same apartments. My wife was so happy to have a joint family for a very longtime. As the family expanded, my sons have rented it out and are getting a good rental income.
I also referred Raja to my brother-in-law who took a flat. He in turn referred Raja to his father in law who purchased another property. My family members and friends alone have bought about 10 flats from Sarangarajan and we are all super happy with the service.

The builder is a person with a clean image, dedication and commitment towards his project.
